We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at National Car Parks Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and delivering car parks across the UK on a flexible model. This role requires strong sales and acquisition experience, ideally in a commercial or multi-site retail environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring and developing car parks from existing or new sites to meet aggressive growth targets
  • Pipeline management: building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales progress, and ensuring new site openings across your territory
  • Strategic partnerships: working with key internal and external stakeholders to create customer and market propositions that maximize acquisition potential
  • Competitor insight: monitoring local competitor activity to inform strategic acquisition decisions
  • Monetization: overseeing the successful onboarding of new sites and ensuring revenue targets are achieved

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities, strong negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of financial reports and data-driven acquisition decisions.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days leave per year, birthday bonus, reward and recognition program, and continuous development opportunities.
