We invite applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) who are eager to develop their skills and experience in a supportive environment at Northamptonshire Children's Trust.

Our NQSWs benefit from a comprehensive induction program, extensive training opportunities, and regular mentoring and support. You will work closely with experienced social workers to deliver exceptional services to children and families.

This post requires fluency in English, as per the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016), and Enhanced DBS clearance is also required. The estimated salary for this role is between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
