Our client is a group of Ofsted Registered children's homes that prioritizes the well-being of its residents.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team and ensuring high standards of care. A strong understanding of therapeutic practices and an ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description
  • To provide leadership and management to a small team of staff members.
  • To ensure that all aspects of care meet Ofsted standards and regulations.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A relevant degree in Social Work or a related field is required for this position. The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in managing a team in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic practices and methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid DBS check and registration with the relevant professional bodies.
