We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team in Lincoln, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to void properties, undertaking exclusion works, and other trade repairs and maintenance tasks.
You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates will hold a level 2 trade NVQ or level 2 City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You will be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
