Job Summary
We seek a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team in Lincoln to cover Boston and Skegness, working in void and empty properties for Morgan Sindall Property Services.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will deliver high-quality services by carrying out responsive and planned repairs in mainly empty/void properties. You will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery within a social housing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a range of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, and window/door lock changes.
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device.
- Participate on the on-call rota.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You will be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties. You will have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
Requirements
- A valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
- A company vehicle will be provided for work use.
