About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team in Lincoln, covering Boston and Skegness, to work on responsive and planned repairs in mainly empty/void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery.
  • Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
  • Participate on the on-call rota.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer-focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
