About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our automated distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large team of engineers, providing 1-2-1 support, conducting appraisals, and supporting with hiring and holiday management
  • Work closely with the operations team to meet site availability, engineer utilization, and PPM completion KPIs
  • Mentor and train the wider team, providing guidance and support where needed
  • Support shift handovers, reviewing previous issues and identifying areas for improvement
  • Analyze data from our CMMS system to identify recurring faults and problems
  • Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, working closely with the team to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently
