Automation Projects Director

Responsibilities- Develop and oversee project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets for end-to-end warehouse automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-profile projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Manage and integrate automated solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing WMS and ERP systems.
- Drive process optimisations and manage budgets, risks, and team performance.
- Strong Engineering background; project management certifications are highly valued.
- Experience in managing automation projects in warehousing or manufacturing.
- Effective team leadership skills and strong knowledge of automation tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
