About the Role
  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate with teachers to create tailored learning plans that address the specific needs of each student.
  • Educational Interventions: Offer individual and small group interventions to help students improve their learning outcomes. Use evidence-based strategies to support students in developing their academic and social skills.
  • Lifelong Learning: Teach and reinforce effective study techniques, helping students to understand and engage with their studies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to helping students with SEN, exhibiting patience and empathy.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or Special Educational Needs (SEN) are desirable.

The salary for this position is £12.72 per hour, depending on experience. We offer an immediate start and a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and appreciated.
