Dementia Support Worker

Caregiving Opportunities:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing individualised care plans, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be involved in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification is required.
- You should have knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
