Salary and Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

As a SEN Classroom Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering 1:1 or small group lessons that cater to the unique needs and abilities of our students. You will work closely with our Director of Curriculum, Headteachers, SENCos, Operational Directors, and Managing Director of Education Services to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS qualification
  • Proven teaching and learning experience
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work with students with SEN/SEMH in a 1:1 or small group setting
