About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and acting as a clinical lead for a caseload of Nurses and Care Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the office team to plan work load and duties in a time effective manner.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of our office facilities and complete administrative tasks.
  • Support in the delivery of Registered Nurse and Care Worker development, including providing clinical training, supervision and competency sign off for Care Support Workers and Registered Nurses.
  • Involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
  • Attend review meetings, adult/child protection meetings and reviews with Care Managers, Social Services Managers, Primary Care.
