Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious Country House Hotel in Worcestershire.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and cook meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner service, as well as Afternoon teas and small weddings/functions for up to 50 guests.
  • Work in a Rosette-standard kitchen using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Assist the Head Chef and junior chefs in maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Opportunity for career progression within the company.

Requirements:

  • Already be a Chef de Partie with experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Able to work unsupervised and with attention to detail.
  • Salary: up to £32-34k + tips.
  • Live-in accommodation available.
  • All meals, uniform, and free gym and spa use.
  • 28 days holiday.
