About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Solutions Sales Manager to drive forward the growth of our storage solution equipment (racking equipment) in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the storage solutions industry.

This role involves creating sales opportunities by meeting customers' needs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the storage solutions industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
