About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and UX Writer to join our team at Initiate International. As a key member of our content creation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and narrative of our digital products. Your expertise will help us craft user-centered content that elevates the customer experience while driving business results.

About You:

  • You have a demonstrated experience in copywriting, ideally within a fintech or related field, showcased through a robust portfolio.
  • You possess a solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to craft content optimized for search engines.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or content designer.
  • You are an expert in writing for digital platforms and crafting user-friendly content for complex services.
  • You have a deep understanding of UX design principles, with a focus on how content impacts user behavior and interaction.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly in a multidisciplinary team.
  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
  • You have familiarity with Agile project management tools and design software.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a creative and strategic position, where you will collaborate across teams to craft compelling content that drives business results.
  • You will conduct in-depth customer research to inform content strategies and validate design choices.
  • You will own and shape the content perspective for key features, products, and overall branding.
  • You will partner closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define how products and features are communicated.
  • You will edit and refine app copy, working with UX guidelines to create smooth customer flow journeys.
  • You will write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy across all customer touchpoints and platforms.
  • You will adapt content to multiple languages and markets, taking cultural and linguistic nuances into account.
  • You will contribute to the creative process from start to finish, offering insights, feedback, and content solutions at every stage.
