The Assistant Culinary Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen functions and executing special events, ensuring that quality and efficiency are always at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and manage the Kitchen Team to deliver exceptional culinary offerings
- Mentor and develop team members to boost their skills and engagement
- Effectively assign tasks and work in partnership with the team
- Uphold Topgolf's Core Values in every action taken
- Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and budgetary control
- Create and maintain standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Engage in communication and collaboration with management, Home Office Leadership, and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume culinary environments
- Demonstrated success in team development and leadership
- Culinary degree and Food Hygiene Certification required
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
