About the Role
This 13-month placement is an exciting opportunity to join BMW's Facility Management and Energy team at the Oxford and Swindon plant. As a trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in coordinating infrastructure projects, supervising contractors, and improving service delivery standards.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage documents and contracts related to infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate site activities to minimize disruptions to core operations.
• Lead change requests and ensure completed work meets required standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications
• Currently studying computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data management systems and tools.

Benefits Package
• Annual salary of £23,650.
• 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata).
