Exciting Opportunity for a Training and Competence Manager

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Competence Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the team.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering training programs that meet business objectives. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to meet business needs
  • Managing the induction process for new team members
  • Collaborating with technical services to arrange training and CPD sessions

The successful candidate will have a Level 4 diploma qualification and CEMAP or relevant mortgage qualification. Coaching and engagement experience is also highly desirable.
