About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair chillers and refrigerators on customer sites
  • Collaborate with service desk, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Use cutting-edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, regional service managers, and senior technicians

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service or field-based technician role
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles
  • Proficiency in using apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to cover standby and call outs on a planned scheduled basis
