About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support functions, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and technical training to maintain expertise and provide best-in-class service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of sterilization equipment and processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
