About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STERIS/Cantel product lines, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize corporate applications to manage daily activities, including service reports, tool and parts inventory management, and customer communication.
  • Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field through effective positioning of STERIS/Cantel products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of education and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
