Global Marketing Manager

TSRN are working with a leading global brand who are now recruiting a highly creative and hands-on Global Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for heading up a small team within the Milton Keynes Head Office and taking charge of both the digital and e-commerce strategy for the client's various brands internationally.

This role will suit an experienced marketer who enjoys leading campaigns from start to completion using various online methods.

The Global Marketing Manager will play an active role in monitoring and reporting market trends, understanding the customer's future needs, and using this information to steer the direction of product development.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and co-operative team player, working in partnership with key management teams both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Lead a small team of marketers to achieve marketing objectives
  • Monitor and report market trends to inform product development
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Previous marketing experience from either a product or manufacturer environment
  • Small team environment marketing background with a strong hands-on focus
  • Educated to degree level with an appropriate qualification in Marketing management
  • Proven success and experience of leading marketing campaigns from start to completion
  • Experience in website design and implementation
  • Sound knowledge of SEO and PPC techniques
