About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I team as a Trade Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing on-trade customers, winning and developing new accounts, and driving growth across the beer and cider category in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management of existing Independent Free Trade Customers (IFT)
  • Target and win new accounts within the IFT
  • Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators
  • Build a strong network of working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities
  • Full ownership of your territory, volume, and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development
  • Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry
  • Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example
  • Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Preference for previous sales experience
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships
  • Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen
  • Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics
  • Time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
