About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I team as a Trade Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing on-trade customers, winning and developing new accounts, and driving growth across the beer and cider category in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management of existing Independent Free Trade Customers (IFT)
- Target and win new accounts within the IFT
- Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators
- Build a strong network of working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities
- Full ownership of your territory, volume, and financial performance
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development
- Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry
- Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example
- Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders
- Preference for previous sales experience
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships
- Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen
- Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics
- Time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
