**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Set up and supply contracts, direct debit forms and Waste Transfer Notes to customers.- Arrange bin deliveries and removals.- Inform London Borough of Bexley council finance of new and cancelled customers.- Send direct debit forms by post to new and existing customers.- Liaise with refuse/ recycling supervisors regarding missed bins and any other issues. Working with Bexley Finance to check if customers have no paid their invoices you need to inform the customer and inform them of the account suspension. Keep up to date records of customers using Whitespace IT system.- Customers with food waste collection that are placed on stop and reported.**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Good level of IT Literacy- Excellent Customer Service Skills- Excellent Communication Skills- Driving License**DESIRABLE SKILLS**:

- Previous knowledge of trade waste management would be an advantag
