Job Title: Tutor for Vulnerable Learners

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Tutor for Vulnerable Learners to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with children and young people referred to us by local authorities and schools who require some level of support. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality educational support that meets the unique needs of each learner.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored support plans for each learner.
  • Work collaboratively with learners, their families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Keep accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in teaching or working with young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD and/or other Additional Educational Needs.
  • Ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

Contract Details:

  • This position involves short-term engagements as and when they arise.
  • You will work through a contract for service.
  • Payment will be made via PAYE.
