- Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employees
- Support the overall HR and Health and Safety function
- Provide a full range of HR services
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve and innovate the HR administration process
- Report any ideas to your manager
About You:
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of employment law
- Keen eye for detail
- Reliable and good telephone manners
- Good at processing information/data
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Good computer skills and familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems
- Understanding of NetSuite is desirable but not essential
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role in an HR department
- Experience of resourcing and recruitment is advantageous
- Qualified in CIPD Level 3 (or higher) is desirable but not essential
