**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our team. As a PBS Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals by assessing behavioural needs, creating and implementing tailored support plans, and coaching others on best practices. You will work directly with individuals and their support networks, using PBS approaches to foster positive change and promote independence.

  • Conduct assessments to understand the individual's behavioural needs
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans in collaboration with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders
  • Train and coach staff and family members in positive behaviour support techniques
  • Work flexibly across multiple locations within Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset, with travel mileage reimbursed
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adapt interventions to ensure continued progress and satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the social care or health sector
  • Experience with young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism
  • Strong understanding of PBS principles and person-centred approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits:

  • GBP25,000 per annum + mileage reimbursement
