About the Job:
  • Secure sponsorships from creative industry suppliers and develop tailored packages for D&AD's Awards and Festival.
  • Attract consumer brands like Depop and Nike to support New Blood and Shift, connecting them with diverse, emerging talent.
  • Promote and sell D&AD's creative training programs to brands and agencies.
  • Build long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless activations.
  • Represent D&AD at industry events to grow our network and brand presence.

About You:

  • A proven track record in B2B sponsorship sales, ideally in the creative industries.
  • A strong network within suppliers and consumer brands.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for creativity and the ability to align commercial goals with D&AD's mission.
