About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Product Engineer to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited. As a key member of our IAM Product team, you will play a crucial role in supporting project work and automation with our IAM toolkit, OneIdentity Identity Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting project work and automation with our IAM toolkit, OneIdentity Identity Manager, to include development work and integration with colleague-facing systems.
  • Helping to deliver our IAM improvement programme, with focus on employee lifecycle management and maturing RBAC.
  • Proactively obtaining feedback and metrics on IAM products' performance to drive improvements.
  • Supporting Major Incident events, feeding into the PIR process and helping to produce the RCA.
  • Managing tickets logged in ServiceNow and Jira, including Incidents, Changes, Requests and Problems, effectively and to SLA.
  • Helping to deliver the product vision and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders and making sure that technical and non-technical users alike are maximising product functionalities.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, hardware and software asset and configuration requests.
  • Proven experience working with IAM tools, such as One Identity Manager, Sailpoint IIQ, Okta, Ping, Saviynt or equivalent.
  • Practical work-based experience across recertification, access analysis, toxic combinations, IAM policy, IAM technology, culture, incident response and risk management.
  • Experience of working in a commercial organisation and liaising with all levels of stakeholder. Additional experience of working in a regulated and listed environment will be supportive to your success in this role.
  • ITIL certified or have a good awareness of ITIL.
