At Roger Platt, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our residential sales team in Lower Earley. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager or established estate agent looking to progress and take on their first branch management appointment in residential sales.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager to run a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will be responsible for leading by example, delegating tasks, and exceeding performance and targets set. You will also be optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
