About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance standards and targets. You will also be responsible for optimising opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress

  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
