About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager Assistant to join our residential sales team in Lower Earley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent looking for progression and to step into their first branch management appointment in residential sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed standards of performance and targets set.
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
