Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care assistant to join our team at R&V Group Ltd. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, dressing, and grooming. You will also support residents with incontinence needs, repositioning, and meal preparation. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential for recording accurate documentation and working effectively with colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid DBS check, National Insurance Number, and Right to Work in the UK. Previous experience in healthcare and health and social care training are highly desirable. Manual Handling Practical training is also essential for safely moving and positioning residents.
As a care assistant with R&V Group Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
