We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Culina Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and efficient operational service to all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, escalating complex or high-risk cases to HRBP as needed.
- Support the unionized workforce on our clients' site, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and attend ER meetings, providing support as required.
- Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives.
- Champion and support group-wide processes, such as working with Central Functions in job evaluations and grading.
- Maintain HR System holding employee information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner with Learning and Development and line managers to support the identification and provision of training and development needs.
- Consistently review and develop people-related processes, as appropriate, supporting the continual improvement of the function.
- CIPD Level 3 minimum, ideally.
- Previous experience of working with a unionized workforce.
- HR legislative understanding and knowledge.
- Proven experience in advising on HR-associated matters.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Adaptable/flexible.
- Determined and resilient attitude towards work.
- Positive and credible with the ability to build trust, respect, and openness.
- Commercial and proactive mindset.
- High-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
