About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Law Paralegal to support our client in various aspects of commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scottish law and experience in negotiation support, either prior to formal litigation or during the process of agreeing settlements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Negotiation support, either prior to formal litigation or during the process of agreeing settlements
  • Other commercial legal activities, with appropriate instruction and supervision

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Scottish Law degree and/or experience of litigation under Scottish law. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who can make a significant contribution to our team.
