Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to oversee and manage various urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. This role involves conducting thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership, and proven experience in a similar role within the UK. A strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a caseload of urban and regional planning projects
  • To conduct research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors
  • To develop and implement planning strategies to meet client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications
