Join Octopus Energy in driving the global renewable energy revolution. As a Sales Team Lead - Low Carbon Energy, you will play a crucial role in managing a frontline sales team responsible for domestic customers focused on bringing Low Carbon Energy Products to the masses.

We're looking for an experienced leader who will be responsible for identifying and winning new business with customers, distributing and managing sales leads across the team, and ensuring timely management of these leads. You will also implement a performance management culture and routine within the team to unleash their full potential through regular 1:1s, coaching, setting stretching objectives, and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a B2C internal (phone-based) team, with a clear focus on performance development, team management, and continuous improvement. Previous sales management experience within a B2C consultative environment would be great, along with a strong passion for energy technology and decarbonisation.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.
