IT Delivery Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. As our ideal candidate, you'll have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality and functionality standards.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions, including software development, data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Desirable Qualifications
- Project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
- Experience working in a matrix structure, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong understanding of CHEP's business and operations, including our supply chain and logistics processes.
