Deputy Home Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill the Deputy Home Manager Position at our care home. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff and ensuring that high-quality care and support is delivered to our residents.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting. They will be responsible for managing resources effectively to achieve business objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
