Salary

The hourly pay for this role starts at £24.69, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive additional pay framework, with rates starting from £18.13 on Saturdays and weekdays from 8pm to 6am, and £24.69 on Sundays and bank holidays.

Job Description

We're seeking a registered adult Nurse or Paramedic with 2 years of recent experience in primary care or an A&E setting in the Ashford, Ipswich, or Norwich region. As a Clinical Lead, you'll be responsible for expressing new ideas, taking initiative, and making a real difference in people's lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have a strong background in mental health, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
