Christmas Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a Christmas Sales Associate to join our Tom Ford team during the peak trading period. As a Christmas Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period.
  • Support colleagues in creating a vibrant and engaging store environment.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Adhere to all store and company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards.
  • Support the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management.
  • Follow brand and store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and actioning stock movements.

  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable.
