Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department PractitionerKnowledge of a broad range of theatre procedures and instrumentation/processes equivalent to postgraduate levelRecent experience within theatres working as a registered practitioner in an acute practice settingHealthcare leadership/management qualificationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamWhat We Offer
