Support Worker for Deafblind Individuals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sense, a national disability charity supporting individuals who are deafblind or have complex disabilities.
As an Intervenor, you will work closely with our clients to promote personal and social development, encouraging independence and enabling access to activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to individuals with dual-sensory impairments, often combined with other disabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and care for our clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Full UK license with the use of your own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and school holidays.
