At Wynne Consulting, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our UK sales team. As the Head of Sales for our Renewables division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Renewables industry, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals.

Salary: £80,000 base salary + OTE, plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, pension, and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage budgets and ensure that sales and marketing activities are aligned with company goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent within the division

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the Renewables industry
