About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Support and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer service, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the wider Topps Tiles team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
