About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Business Growth. As a key member of our Public Sector division, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion in the region.
About You:
You will have 5+ years of experience in tech sales, preferably in digital transformation and cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, AI, or legacy systems. Your proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong communication skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Our client is a leading PE-backed tech and digital transformation business specializing in Microsoft technologies. They help organizations modernize legacy systems for greater agility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities, focusing on digital transformation and legacy systems modernization.
- Sales Strategy: Develop strategic plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Networking: Leverage industry events and networks to generate leads.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proposals: Collaborate internally to create compelling client proposals.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide market insights.
What We Offer:
A competitive package, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
