About the Company:

Dove & Hawk is a leading estate agency in London, specialising in the sale and rental of residential property.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing applicant registrations, arranging viewings, providing feedback, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applicant Management: Manage applicant registrations and respond to online enquiries
  • Viewing and Feedback: Arrange viewings for prospective buyers and provide detailed viewing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate offers and agree sales to achieve the best outcome for all parties
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with vendors, prospective buyers, and colleagues
  • Paperwork and Administration: Complete necessary paperwork for a seamless sales process
  • Sales Progression: Progress the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience working as a sales negotiator
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Valuation experience preferred
  • Must be well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a basic salary of £25,125 - £32,250 DOE, £62,500 OTE + car allowance. They will also work Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Fridays 6pm finish, and every other Saturday 9am - 4pm.
