Job Title: Live-In Care Assistant

Home Instead West Leicestershire and Market Bosworth is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Care Assistant to join our team. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including continence management, washing and dressing, and medication administration.
  • Assist with meal preparation and home help, ensuring the client's home is clean and well-maintained.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a live-in care setting.
  • Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a variety of living environments and locations.
  • Willingness to work professionally with Home Instead office teams and other healthcare professionals.
  • Respect for people with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and medical conditions.
