Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Educational Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Preston. As a valued member of the school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior

Requirements:

  • Availability to work mornings from 08:45 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in education and child development
