We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation SME to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective payroll processes and systems to accommodate ongoing changes and new customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, communicating changes to all stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on service.
- Provide expert technical support to internal customers, recommending solutions to complex payment problems.
- Authorise and action Intellipay access requests as appropriate across all environments.
- Support the delivery of business implementation activities, managing the impact on customers and the end-to-end process.
- Undertake project work as required, ensuring the correct change management process is followed and there is no negative impact on service.
- Embed Conduct Risk principles into daily operations to deliver good customer outcomes.
- Project delivery methodology and in-depth knowledge of payroll processes with relevant systems.
- Pensions payroll legislation and implementing payroll systems.
- Analysis and interpretation of financial and technical payroll data for reconciliation and query resolution.
- Testing in a formal project environment and problem-solving skills.
- Planning and organisation of payroll duties and Excel skills.
